Requirements for Basic Education Enrollment

AMA Online Education is making basic education more accessible for everyone with our flexible and self-paced online learning program. We’ve even made our application process more convenient by allowing you to complete everything online. No need for a personal appearance!

To submit your documents, simply register to oedportal.amauonline.com. Once registered, log in to the website again and select Basic Education under “program you wish to enroll in.” Submit the scanned copies of your F137A  (in PDF, DOC, JPEG, or PNG format with no greater than 5MB file size) for initial evaluation.

Once enrolled, you must submit all original copies of your required documents thru the usual mailing system, courier, or personal delivery to:

Following are the required documents:

  • Certificate of F137A (Permanent Record) with annotation “Copy for AMA Basic Education”
  • Form 138 (Report Card)
  • PSA Birth Certificate clear Xerox copy
  • Certificate of Good Moral
  • 2 pcs of 2 x 2 ID pictures (white background / wearing formal or business attire

Online enrollment for elementary at OEd is open to all students seeking a flexible alternative to traditional schooling. It follows an open admission policy, and as long as you have the complete requirements, you can apply at any time.

It includes a Certificate of F137A annotated “Copy for AMA Basic Education,” a Form 138, a PSA Birth Certificate, a Certificate of Good Moral Character, and two 2×2 ID photos. Upload scanned copies through oedportal.amauonline.com, then courier the originals to the OEd Registrar in Quezon City.

The basic education enrollment form is available at oedportal.amauonline.com. Register for an account, log in, and select Basic Education as your program. Upload your scanned F137A as a PDF, DOC, JPEG, or PNG (max 5MB) for initial evaluation.

After submitting your enrollment form, the admissions team will evaluate your application. Once approved, you must send all original documents via courier or personal delivery to AMA Education System, #59 AMA2 Building, Panay Ave., Quezon City, Attention: OEd Registrar, to complete your enrollment.
